We as an education institution have created a simulated studio as context for the students work and assessments. Within this studio context the students receive a project brief, this semester it was under water world a simulation of diving off the Western Australian coast identifying fish and taking a photo of the key fish. This allowed for all the Modelling and animation requirements and the programming for such things as flocking behaviour, way point navigation etc. Game design documentation scoping projects etc.Our need is in connection to current industry for feedback on current practices, tech, emerging trends and any networking opportunities for us and the future upcoming members of our industry.
